🌐 About the Role
As the Manager for One-Link Services and ADC, you will oversee and manage the bank’s linked service platforms including ATMs, POS, and card services. Additionally, you will lead the strategic development and operational excellence of alternate delivery channels such as mobile banking, internet banking, USSD, and agency banking. Your contributions will drive service innovation, ensure regulatory compliance, and improve accessibility across Halan’s customer base.
✅ Key Responsibilities
Oversee ATM, POS, and card service infrastructure
Drive innovation in digital platforms like mobile apps, USSD, and internet banking
Maintain operational efficiency and ensure compliance with banking regulations
Manage integrations with third-party platforms and core banking systems
Ensure digital transaction security, prevent fraud, and uphold data privacy standards
Lead cross-functional teams for ADC strategy and execution
🎓 Hiring Criteria
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Banking & Finance, or a related field
Experience:
5–7 years in banking or financial services
Minimum 3 years in roles focused on digital channels, card services, or IT operations
Technical Skills:
Deep understanding of ADCs: mobile apps, USSD, internet banking, agency banking, etc.
Experience with card switching systems (e.g., Verve, Interswitch, Visa, MasterCard)
Knowledge of core banking systems, APIs, middleware, and system integrations
Familiarity with compliance standards: PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, and local electronic transaction laws
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Proven leadership and team management capabilities
Clear understanding of local and international digital banking regulations
