Your impactful goals will include:

Responsible for the execution and implementation of a solid channel enablement and commercial marketing plan for the region, which will allow the sales and distribution team to improve capacity and promotion in the retail channel.
• Responsible for overall business visibility, SCP execution, region targeting, and franchises.
• Regional interface for circle planning, product planning and other support functions
• Responsible for giving direction (prospective) at the regional level to achieve the ambitions established in the organizational / regional strategy.
• Regional campaign management, regional PR management, LI mapping, hierarchy changes and CBOM KPIs
• Management of regional business KPIs, feasibility of these KPIs, performance management and execution of regional projects
• Monitoring and reporting of regional Trade Marketing budgets and implementation of the government model.
• Supplier management, BDO management and liaison with brands, circles and planning teams.
• Execution of Retail conventions, franchise services and events and activations
• POC for regional tax issues and channel enablement
• Develop training plans in Merchandising and BDO to improve the quality of the service.
• Activation and planning of other participation activities
• Execution of reports, presentations and Adhoc analysis
• Ensure the successful deployment of the company’s products and the implementation of communication plans in the Sales and Distribution channel throughout the region.

Your typical day at work will look like this:

• Responsible for the preparation of reports, analysis and planning at the regional level, ensuring that the assigned regional goals are met efficiently, suggesting regional areas to improve the business using the knowledge.
• Custodian of the management of activities and initiatives of commercial / retail participation
• Promotion and competition planning to boost product sales through franchises and retail channels.
• Commercial capacity / identification of capacity to guarantee optimal results.
• Make the brand visible at a commercial level in the assigned region, according to the visibility standards.
• Book, organize, implement and participate in trade events / exhibitions / fairs, etc. in cooperation with headquarters marketing
• To gather market intelligence information, regular visits to major retailers, and ensure retailer advocacy.
• Start the procurement process and follow up until the end, that is, (a) Find supplier (b) Finish supplier (c) Start purchase order (d) Follow up payment.
• Management of POS material and Merchandising together with the Effective Use of the Budget assigned for the region.
• Develop promotions for the franchise channel to improve sales and identify new brand opportunities and new sales fields in the region.
• To prepare the POS material forecast for the region according to the needs base analysis, this must be according to the franchise’s need and its business case.
• Supplier management for the smooth execution of branding work in the region.
• Develop and maintain regional Facia data and other brand materials installed in franchises and businesses (stores).
• Ensure the timely resolution of all business complaints and improve business relationships.
• Develop a counterpart plan to boost the visibility of the competition in the region.
• Efficient and timely channel / commercial communication of products and offers.
• Planning and execution of BTL marketing. Liaison with the regional planning and management team to design the regional strategy
• Assignment of objectives and monitoring with an agreed frequency. Ensure sales team meets / exceeds business KPIs and distribution KPIs
• Anticipate challenges and their impacts on companies and suggest to the regional team a solution to overcome these challenges.
• Planning / design of campaigns at the regional level that help to obtain the desired commercial buy-in and post-campaign evaluation to measure efficiency.

Eligibility criteria:

• Education: preferably MBA / MCS / BBA / BSC
• Work experience: 4 5 years of experience in Telco related to channel enablement and TM planning. Knowledge of the general framework of Trade Marketing S&D

The TW Business Governance Lead is primarily responsible for overseeing the implementation and requirements of TMB practices, risk, and control governance. As the first line of defense control function, LEAD and its team members develop and implement a framework to support various risk and compliance programs to drive governance and standardization within the TMB Will be responsible.

Appropriate review of papers submitted in various governance forums and implementation of high standards

  • Support the implementation of the TMB Legal Entity Governance Standard and the first line of defense policy.
  • Follow all compliance matters, audit matters/steps for branch banking related topics.
  • Monitor, track, and respond to SBP remedial delivery and discoveries and required implementation steps in-branch banking.

    Terms of employment:

  • Strong knowledge of the risk governance framework and process
  • Strong knowledge of the branch banking process, implementation experience in the international environment is a plus.
  • Active and cheerful with the ability to make good/good decisions and use independent decisions
  • Qualifications and experience:

    A master’s degree or specialized certification is preferred, but work experience related to an undergraduate degree will suffice.

  • At least ten years of total experience and six years of relevant experience.
