WORK DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for managing all customer interaction through the KMBL helpline in a courteous and efficient manner while adhering to contact center guidelines.

LABOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify the customer’s need, investigate all the problems properly and provide the appropriate solutions accordingly.
  • Understand and strive to meet and exceed call center KPIs for quality.
  • Make sure the customer’s suggestions on complaints are sent through the proper channels to take the necessary action.
  • Show at all times the highest level of courtesy and empathy towards internal and external customers.
  • Meets all personal / team qualitative and quantitative objectives and indicators.
  • To ensure that the customer is updated on the latest products, services, terms and conditions.
  • Make sure the highest levels of customer services are provided to KMBL customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with KMBL products and standard operating procedures at all times.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Make sure all calls are answered in the shortest time possible while maintaining the highest level of customer experience.
  • Understand and strive to meet and exceed call center KPIs for productivity so that contact center statistics remain intact.
  • Ensure availability and presence during shifts to maintain individual and team productivity.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Exhibits and defends KMBL’s values ​​and social performance goals.
  • Proficient in the MS Office suite.
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Passion for service.
  • Customer-oriented and adaptable to different types of personality.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum graduation from a HEC recognized university.
  • Minimum of 0 to 1 years of contact center experience, preferably in a financial institution.
  • Recent graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply, however relevant prior experience would be an advantage.
