Responsible for managing all customer interaction through the KMBL helpline in a courteous and efficient manner while adhering to contact center guidelines.
- Identify the customer’s need, investigate all the problems properly and provide the appropriate solutions accordingly.
- Understand and strive to meet and exceed call center KPIs for quality.
- Make sure the customer’s suggestions on complaints are sent through the proper channels to take the necessary action.
- Show at all times the highest level of courtesy and empathy towards internal and external customers.
- Meets all personal / team qualitative and quantitative objectives and indicators.
- To ensure that the customer is updated on the latest products, services, terms and conditions.
- Make sure the highest levels of customer services are provided to KMBL customers.
- Stay up-to-date with KMBL products and standard operating procedures at all times.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum graduation from a HEC recognized university.
- Minimum of 0 to 1 years of contact center experience, preferably in a financial institution.
- Recent graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply, however relevant prior experience would be an advantage.
