1. Cabin Crew

Fly Above the Rest: As a cabin crew member, you will be the face of PIA, responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of passengers. You will help create an exceptional and memorable travel experience for everyone onboard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service with a friendly, approachable attitude.
• Ensure passenger safety and compliance with all safety regulations.
• Attend to passenger needs promptly and efficiently.
• Serve meals and beverages with professionalism.
• Keep the cabin clean and organized.
• Handle in-flight emergencies calmly and competently.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum graduation.
• Age:
  • Fresh candidates: Up to 25 years.
  • Experienced cabin crew: Up to 30 years.
• Height:
  • Flight Stewards: 5’6″
  • Air Hostesses: 5’2″
• Marital Status: Female candidates must be unmarried.
• Vacancies: 40 positions.

2. ATR Pilots, First Officers & Captains

Take Charge of the Skies: We are seeking experienced pilots to join our team and ensure the safe and efficient operation of our ATR fleet. This is an excellent opportunity for aviators looking for a rewarding and challenging environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the aircraft safely and efficiently, following all regulations.
• Maintain high professional standards in all aspects of flying.
• Work in close coordination with the flight crew for smooth operations.
• Make swift, effective decisions when necessary.
• Keep up with the latest aviation technologies and best practices.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum Intermediate (2nd division).
• Age:
  • Captains: Up to 50 years.
  • First Officers: Up to 40 years.
  • Flying Experience:
  • Captains: At least 1500 flight hours.
    • First Officers: At least 500 flight hours.
• Vacancies: 20 positions.
