To improve women’s participation and representation in the workplace, Pakistan State Bank – Central Bank is looking for young, talented, and enthusiastic women seeking the position of Assistant Director OG-II in the SBP through the First SBP Emerging Women Leaders Initiative. .

Eligibility criteria

Interested female applicants with a Bachelor / Master’s Degree or equivalent degree with a 16-year degree with at least 60% marks may apply for this appointment.

Students must have these degrees in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Statistics, Data Sciences, Actuarial Sciences, Accounting, Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Mathematics, HR Management, Agriculture Management, Islamic Banking & Finance, Law, Media. Studies and Culture, Philosophy and Physics.

Graduates of June 2022 may apply for an interim text up to Semester 7 (Bachelors) or Semester 3 (Masters), 16 years of education with the required percentage / CGPA mentioned above in the first and final attempt.

Age limit of 29 Years. The maximum age limit includes 3 years of rest for candidates from the Northern Territories, Balochistan, Azad Kashmir, GB, and Ex-FATA.

Upon completion of the Written, Physical, Psychological, and Medical examinations, selected persons will be required to register for theoretical Focus Training at the National Institute of Banking & Finance, NIBAF Islamabad as Trainees.

Successful and qualified trainees will be offered an appointment as Assistant Director OG-2 at the State Bank of Pakistan.

Compensation Packages

Until banking, trainees will be paid a monthly sum of Rs. 41,000. Upon successful completion of the training, trainees will be appointed as Assistant Director of OG-2 at a monthly cash prize of Rs. 82,000 and other benefits on the OG-2 pay scale in accordance with the Banking Regulations.
